Next 3rd March, in the context of the European Ocean Days 2025 Match-Making event organised by the European Commission, BlueMissionMed is hosting the interactive workshop “Harmonizing KPIs and approaches to support development of joint Mission Ocean and Waters monitoring framework“.

Gain first-hand insights into KPIs and monitoring strategies tailored to Mission Ocean objectives! This event will cover cutting-edge methodologies like PESTEL analysis and the Theory of Change (TOC)/Impact Pathway (IP) framework, designed to harmonize monitoring across lighthouse areas.

Outcome: Co-created solutions for harmonized KPIs, enhancing Innovation Actions and strengthening collective European efforts.
