Join the 2nd Cross-Fertilization Webinar: Bridging the Mediterranean and Black Sea – Cross-Basin Learning for Water Solutions

The BlueMissionMed 2nd Cross-Fertilization Webinar, titled “Bridging the Mediterranean and Black Sea: Cross-Basin Learning for Water Solutions”, will gather key actors to strengthen collaboration between the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions, promote innovative solutions supporting the EU Mission Restore Our Ocean and Waters by 2030, and enable cross-basin learning by sharing successful models and future cooperation opportunities.

What to expect?

This webinar will feature sessions introducing synergies among Mission Lighthouses and regional initiatives, cross-fertilization of innovative solutions tackling marine litter, sustainable waste management, pollution modelling, and coastal vulnerability, as well as an interactive workshop designed to facilitate dialogue and co-create actions for cleaner and healthier seas.

Organised by the BlueMissionMed, the webinar contributes to building connections, scaling transformative solutions, and mobilising collective action to prevent pollution and restore marine ecosystems.

As part of the 2nd Cross-Fertilization Webinar, the BlueMissionMed project is seeking solution providers and experts ready to support Mediterranean and Black Sea stakeholders through their innovative products, services, and expertise. The event will feature an interactive session, offering projects the opportunity to present their work, share best practices, and be considered for inclusion in the upcoming BlueMissionMed Catalogue of Services & Experts – increasing their visibility and fostering broader uptake of their results. Institutional stakeholders and regional initiatives from the Mediterranean and Black Sea will attend as observers, gaining valuable insights into the tangible solutions developed by thematic projects to support healthier and more sustainable seas and waters.
